How to make a complaint
If you have a complaint, you can either call us on 01642 782221 or email reception@avitayarm.co.uk. Requests for records is charged at £25 and must be made in writing to A VITA, 22 High Street, Yarm TS15 9AE. Please include as much relevant information as possible, such as dates and names of staff which will help us investigate your concern. We aim to reply to complaints within 7-14 days and treat each complaint with high importance. We aim to treat every complaint with respect and in return expect equal consideration to be shown to our staff who handle complaints.
For the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of all our clients, we do not carry out treatments on anyone under the age of 16 for beauty and 18 for clinic. We kindly ask that young children are not brought into treatment rooms or left unattended in our reception area, as this helps us maintain a calm, relaxing, and safe environment for every client. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
