A 50% deposit is payable on booking your appointment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If sufficient notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit.
For the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of all our clients, we do not carry out treatments on anyone under the age of 16. We kindly ask that young children are not brought into treatment rooms or left unattended in our reception area, as this helps us maintain a calm, relaxing, and safe environment for every client. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
