If you need to cancel or rearrange, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If sufficient notice is not given you will forfeit your deposit.

We kindly ask that young children are not brought into treatment rooms or left unattended in our reception area, as this helps us maintain a calm, relaxing, and safe environment for every client.
